Why these exist

The same handful of questions get asked in every GLP-1 community, every day, and the answers get retyped from scratch each time. Converting a compounded dose to syringe units. Working out when the next step up is due. Figuring out whether a goal weight is realistic on a given medication.

These are arithmetic problems with correct answers. They should take five seconds, not a forum thread. So here they are, permanently, with the math shown so you can check it.

What they are not

None of these tools tell you what dose to take, whether to escalate, or whether a medication is right for you. Those are clinical decisions. What these do is remove the arithmetic between you and a question you can then ask properly.
