GLPme
This Privacy Policy explains what information FDN Labs Inc, a Delaware C corporation operating GLPme ("we", "us"), handles, where it lives, and what leaves your device. The short version: your health data is stored on your device first, we send data to third parties only to power specific features you use, and we never sell your data.
When you use GLPme you may enter or generate: medication details and dose logs (medication, dose amount, injection site, dates), body measurements (weight, height, goals), daily check-ins (side effects, mood, notes), nutrition entries and meal photos, messages you send to the AI coach, and basic app preferences.
If you sign in, we also receive your authentication identity (name and email from Apple or Google sign-in). If you subscribe, we receive your purchase and subscription status. Not your payment card details, which stay with Apple.
Your health data is stored in a local database (SwiftData) on your device. The app works without an account, and by default your dose logs, weight history, and check-ins never leave your phone.
Data is sent off your device only to power the specific feature you are using:
Meal photos. When you scan a meal, the photo is sent to Google (Gemini) to recognize the food and estimate nutrition. Photos are sent for that analysis only.
AI coach messages. Text you send to the coach (and the limited context needed to answer, such as recent logs you reference) is sent to Google (Gemini) to generate a response.
Sign-in identity. If you create an account, your authentication identity is handled by Firebase (Google). We use it to identify your account, not to profile you.
Purchases. Your subscription state is processed by RevenueCat and Apple so paid features unlock correctly.
Fair-use counters. To enforce daily limits on the AI features, our server keeps a count of how many scans and coach messages you have used each day. It is a number only: no photo, message, or health content is stored on our servers.
iCloud sync (optional). If you enable sync, your data is stored in your private CloudKit database under your own Apple ID. We cannot read it.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers. Where the third-party services above offer controls over using data to train AI models, we configure or select options so your content is not used for training. We cannot make guarantees beyond what those providers commit to in their own terms.
If you connect Apple Health, GLPme reads only the data types you approve (such as weight) and can write entries you log back to Health. HealthKit data is used solely to provide the app's tracking features. We never send HealthKit data to third parties, never use it for advertising or marketing, and never sell it. In line with Apple's HealthKit rules. You can revoke Health access at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings.
Data on your device stays until you delete it. You can delete individual entries in the app, or remove everything by deleting the app. If you enabled iCloud sync, you can remove synced data via your iCloud settings. To delete account data we hold (such as your sign-in identity), use Delete Account in the app's Settings, or contact us at hello@getglpme.com and we will delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your on-device data is protected by iOS device encryption. Data sent to the services above travels over encrypted connections (TLS). No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your device with a passcode.
GLPme is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this policy and notify you in the app before material changes take effect.
