See the standard dose escalation for Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro, Saxenda and Rybelsus, with the actual dates mapped to your first shot.
This is the label schedule, not your schedule. It shows the standard escalation from each medication's prescribing information. Real prescribers slow it down, hold doses, or stop escalating all the time, and that is normal clinical practice. Use this to know what to ask about, not to change anything on your own.

GLP-1 medications are titrated upward over months because the gastrointestinal side effects scale with how fast the dose rises, not just with how high it goes. Nausea, vomiting, constipation and reflux are the reason people quit in the first three months. A slow climb is the single biggest thing that keeps people on the medication long enough to see results.
That is also why "I want to jump to the top dose" is usually the wrong instinct. The maximum dose is not the goal. The lowest dose that keeps working is.
Holding a dose for longer than four weeks is common and is not failure. Reasons a clinician might hold you:
The opposite is also true: a weight loss plateau is not automatically a reason to escalate. Plateaus have several causes, and dose is only one of them.
GLPme logs every shot, remembers your titration schedule, warns you before you run out of medication, and shows your weight trend against your goal. Core tracking is free.
