About GLPme
GLPme is one app for the full GLP-1 journey: dose tracking, food noise, protein, photo meal scans, clinical trial benchmarking, and doctor-ready summaries.
People on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound often run a stack of apps: one for shots, one for food, one for the scale, and Notes for everything else. GLPme replaces that stack with one timeline that connects medication, appetite, protein, side effects, and weight.
The product is built around signals that move before the scale does: food noise returning, protein slipping, dose timing drifting. It compares your progress to published SURMOUNT and STEP trial curves so a slow week does not feel like failure when you are still on pace.
GLPme is educational wellness software. It does not prescribe, diagnose, or tell you to stop or change medication. It helps you show up to clinician conversations with better data.
What we publish, and why you should trust it
Alongside the app we publish free calculators and long-form guides, written and maintained by GLPme Research. We are not clinicians and never present ourselves as any. What we have is a narrow, specific competence: we have read a very large volume of what people on GLP-1 medication actually say about it, and we build the software they use to track it.
Every figure we publish traces to a document you can open — FDA prescribing information, regulator safety decisions, or named peer-reviewed trials. We report effect sizes rather than adjectives, we publish the safety scares that regulators closed as well as the ones they opened, and we take no affiliate commission from telehealth providers, compounding pharmacies or supplement sellers.
