GLPme
Welcome to GLPme. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and FDN Labs Inc, a Delaware C corporation operating GLPme ("we", "us"), and govern your use of the GLPme app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
GLPme is a personal tracking tool. It helps you record information about your GLP-1 medication doses, weight, meals, and how you feel. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app — including reminders, charts, projections, summaries, or responses from the AI coach — is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
GLPme does not prescribe medication and does not tell you what dose to take or when to take it. Only your healthcare provider can do that. Always follow the dosing instructions given by your prescriber and pharmacist, and consult your healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or health routine.
If you experience severe side effects or a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately. Do not rely on the app in an emergency.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use GLPme. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping access to your device and account secure.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple account. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings; canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Prices may change. If they do, the new price applies only to renewals after we notify you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
You agree to use GLPme only for your own personal, lawful health tracking. You may not: reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app; use it to build a competing product; probe or disrupt our services or the third-party services we rely on; upload content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights; or use the AI coach to seek instructions for self-harm or misuse of medication.
We may suspend or limit features (including AI features, which have usage quotas) to protect the service or other users.
The meal photo scanner and AI coach use third-party AI models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Nutrition estimates from photos are approximations. Treat all AI output as informational only and verify anything important with your healthcare provider.
You own the health data you enter. Our collection and use of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. You can export your data from Settings and delete it at any time.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data or AI output. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered. Never rely on the app as your only reminder to take medication.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FDN Labs Inc and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcomes, or decisions made in reliance on the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using GLPme and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the app ends; data stored only on your device remains under your control, and you can request deletion of any account data we hold (see the Privacy Policy).
Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound are trademarks of their respective owners. GLPme is not affiliated with Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, or Apple.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use GLPme after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
